KUALA LUMPUR – In order to promote tourism, Malaysia has announced visa-free entry to tourists of two more countries for stay of up to 30 days.
The facility will be available to citizens of China and India, starting from December 2023 to Dec 2024, the Malaysia’s Home Affairs Ministry said in a statement.
China and India are Malaysia’s fourth- and fifth-largest largest sources of tourists.
Malaysia recorded 9.16 million tourist arrivals between January and June this year, with 498,540 from China and 283,885 from India, showed the official data.
As the visa-free facility is not available to Pakistani tourists, they are required obtain a visit visa before travelling to the country. Click the following link to learn more about Malaysia visit visa:
