The hiking event had colorful opening activities which included a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tree planation.

Around 800 medical, dental, physical therapy, allied health sciences and nursing students, and faculty members participated in the eco-hiking event with full zeal and zest.

Top management of IMDC and ANTH, along with other staff members, was in presence to encourage the students who were properly guided to safeguard the natural beauty of the track by especially avoiding throwing any trash on the track.
