Hot, dry weather expected

Hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. Temperature of some major cities recorded on Saturday.

Islamabad and Muzaffarabad seventeen degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-four, Karachi twenty-seven, Peshawar twenty, Quetta twelve, Gilgit eleven and Murree fourteen degree centigrade.

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, hot and dry in Jammu, partly cloudy and dry weather is expected in Leh and Pulwama.

Temperature recorded this morning:

Srinagar, Pulwama and Baramula ten degree centigrade, Jammu twenty, Leh zero, Anantnag and Shopian eleven degree centigrade.

The local Met Office has forecast a dry weather for city for next 24 hours. The highest maximum temperature 43 centigrade and the lowest minimum 25 centigrade were recorded during last 24 hours. The dry weather has also been forecast for rest of the region.—APP
