Punjab Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Cooperatives Raja Basharat dispelled the impression that the government would be ended by PDM’s rallies, saying it would like mocking public mandate.
Talking to the media here on Thursday, he said that the PTI government under the leadership of Imran Khan is sincerely serving the people. “Insha Allah the government will successfully complete five years”, he expressed his hoped.
Raja Basharat said that the government has put the country, destroyed by the past rulers’ corruption, on the path to progress and prosperity. “It seems the country’s development is not being digested by the opposition and wants to push back the country to path of ruins of its era”, he regretted.
He urged the opposition leaders that they should respect the decision of the Islamabad High Court as the Corona epidemic has been spreading rapidly around the world. Raja warned: Don’t play with your as well as the lives of thousands of innocent people.”
He advised the opposition to hold as many meetings as they like when the threat of Covid-19 is averted, but act wisely in the current situation and do not spread the Corona pandemic across the country.
