Gold rates in Pakistan increase – Check latest prices on September 5

ISLAMABAD – Gold rates in Pakistan recorded upward trend on Thursday in line with rising global prices.

According to Sarafa Association, per tola gold price moved up by Rs2,000 to settle at Rs262,100 whereas the price of 10-gram increased by Rs1,714 to close at Rs224,708.

The yellow metal also recorded gains in the international market as per ounce price surged by $22 to reach $2,503.

Meanwhile, the silver prices remained unchanged in Pakistan as per tola price stood at Rs2,900.

A day earlier, gold registered losses for second consecutive days as per tola price plunged by Rs1,400 to reach Rs260,100. The price of 10-gram decreased by Rs1,200 to Rs222,994 on Wednesday.
