KARACHI – Gold rates continue to come down after a record rally and prices of bullion in local markets saw a price cut of Rs2100 per tola, with the price settled at Rs274,900.
Data shared by the Sarafa Association shows gold prices experiencing a significant drop, amid a drop in global prices. The price of yellow metal reached Rs274,900 in local market on Tuesday while price of 10 grams decreased by Rs1,800, bringing to Rs235,682.
The tweaks come amid a previous decline in gold prices, where price per tola plunged by Rs800. On the international market, the price of gold also saw a decrease on Monday, standing at $2,637 per ounce, a fall of $21 during the day.
