Wahab Riaz’s report
Earlier, Pakistan Cricket Team’s Senior Manager Wahab Riaz submitted a comprehensive report to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). He had mentioned the detailed reasons behind the team’s disappointing performance in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
Wahab, according to the sources, also identified several key factors that led to Pakistan’s early exit from the prestigious tournament.
They said that Wahab’s report criticized the team’s demeanor during crucial matches, particularly in the game against arch-rivals India.
It said, “The players demonstrated a lack of unity and determination, and appeared to lose their competitive edge, especially in the match against India,”.
Wahab had also proposed several recommendations aimed at bolstering Pakistan’s cricketing prowess on the global stage.
