ISLAMABAD – A local court on Saturday approved request of KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur regarding exemption from personal appearance before the court in audio leak case.
Additional and Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar passed the order after hearing arguments of KP CM Gandapur’s lawyer.
Ali Amin Gandapur moved the plea through his lawyer, and expressed the reason for exemption from personal appearance before the court.
The court accepted the plea and adjourned further hearing until Sept 21.
