Vattern Politician and Former Deputy Speaker National Assembly Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob has died after prolong illness here on Thursday.
His son Col (R) Sardar Shabir Ahmed former District Nazim Abbottabad has confirmed the sad demise of his father.
His nimaz-e-jinaza was held at Government College ground here in which people from all walks of life including Politicians, Businessmen, Elected representatives including sitting & former MNAs & MPAs participated.
Later his dead body was shifted to his native village Narian, Nagri Bala in Galliyat where large number of people again participated in the funeral ceremony of Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob. Later he was buried at his ancestral graveyard.
Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob was a well reputed politician and was widely respected in political circles.
He was elected MNA from Abbottabad on PML-Q ticket in year 2007 and was elected Deputy Speaker National assembly.
Meanwhile Speaker KP Assembly Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani has condoled the death of Former Deputy Speaker National assembly Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob.
In his condolance message he expressed his profound gief and sorrow over the sad demise of Sardar Yaqoob and prayed for departed soul in eternal peace.
