Foreigner held with 300gm heroin

The Anti-Narcotics Cell of Lahore Police arrested a foreign national after recovery of 300 gram heroin here on Tuesday.

According to details, the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Narcotics Cell on a tip-off regarding drugs supply conducted operation.

During action, a Nigerian national identified as Chougezi Mathew who was going to supply 300 gram heroin was held.

The police took recovered heroin into custody and after registering a case against the detainee started an investigation.

SSP Investigation Husnain Haider said that actions against elements involved in drug supply and business was being carried out without any differentiation of nationality and references.
