Fool proof security arrangements have been made to ensure the security of more than 300 mosques and Imambargah situated in different areas of the district during the holy month of Ramazan for which more than 700 cops and 900 volunteers have been deputed.
DPO Attock Rana Shoaib Mahmood said this during a meeting which was held to review security arrangements for the holy month of Ramzan.
DPO said that for the security of more than 250 mosques and Imambargahs, 6 DSPs, 14 SHOs, 39 upper subordinates, 652 constables, 6 lady constables and 900 volunteers have been deputed while Quick Response Force will carry out patrolling and all this will be monitored through Special Ramzan Control Room. DPO said that beside this security of Ramzan bazars and other areas will also be ensured.
