A clash erupted over a land dispute in Bin Qasim Town, resulting in five brothers being wounded. The injured individuals were rushed to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre after suffering gun and axe attacks. The casualties were identified as 40-year-old Abdul Ghaffar, 35-year-old Singar, 20-year-old Aminullah, 40-year-old Tahir Hussain and 42-year-old Amir Hussain.

According to SHO Mumtaz Marwat, all the injured were brothers and belonged to the Magsi tribe. The incident occurred due to a monetary dispute of Rs400,000 over a piece of land with some members of the Marri tribe. The dispute led them to Dhani Bakhsh Marri Goth, where a heated argument escalated into a bitter quarrel, drawing the attention of people from the neighbourhood who joined in the violence. Upon receiving information about the incident, police arrived on the scene, but the suspects had already fled. The injured brothers were taken to the hospital.

A fire broke out at a towel factory in the Gabol Goth area of New Karachi. Police said the fire broke out on the third floor of the factory, but the people present there were evacuated safely. The fire spread rapidly due to the presence of a large number of threads at the factory. The firefighters, however, brought the flames under control.
