The FIA on Thursday summoned PML-Q leader and former MNA Moonis Elahi to appear before the former on May 22 at the Temple Road office.
The summons were issued in the wake of a campaign launched by the Financial Monitoring Unit, indicating an extraordinary boost in Moonis Elahi’s personal accounts during the years 2021 and 2022.
It is worth mentioning here that the anti-corruption establishment had already arrested Zubair Khan, a close aide and alleged frontman of Moonis Elahi a few days back.
