The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) held Balloting Ceremony for the different Categories of plots in Bara Kahu Green Enclave-I.
The Ceremony of Balloting presided by the Honorable Federal Minister for Housing & works Tariq Bashir Cheema.
The Ceremony was also attended by Federal Secretary Housing & Works Dr. imran Zaib Khan, Director General FGEHA Waseem Hayat Bajwa, MD PHA, senior officers of the Ministry of Housing & Works and allottees of Bara Kahu Green Enclave-I.
DG FGEHA briefed the Federal Minister, Housing & Works Tariq Bashir Cheema and Federal Secretary.
Director General gave a briefing on Bara Kahu Green Enclave –I project and told that the project was started in 2009 but was delayed from many years.
However, from the last two years, construction work on the Bara Kahu Green Enclave I is fully in progress.
The overall progress of the entire project is more than 40%, while the approach road, including the 140-meter bridge over the Korang River, is 70% completed, and the project is expected to reach its scheduled completion date (December 2021) Will be completed.
At the same time, special attention is being paid to gardening activities to create a more conducive environment. Sui gas, electricity, water supply is being worked on to ensure that all facilities are available to the allottees.

Tariq Bashir Cheema belted the plots of Bara kahu Green Enclave-I Category-I. Federal Secretary, Dr. Imran Zeb belted the plots of Cat-II. DG FGEHA belted the plots of Cat–III and the representative of Green Enclave-I belted the Cat –IV.
Belting lists will be available on the Housing Authority’s website to facilitate the allottees of Bara Kahu green Enclave-I.
In the first phase, 2354 plots of different categories were belted and those who had been issued POL and submitted down payment were included in the balloting .
All allotees were informed through Newspapers Advertisement to submit their dues and to be included in the balloting. 2354 plots out of total 3281 plots were balloted in this Phase.
