Fatal diseases claim life of PU students

A student of Punjab University College of Earth & Environmental Sciences’ 2nd semester Sehat Khan, who was suffering from various life-threatening diseases for the past few years, died here

According to the details, Sehat Khan belonged to Loralai, Balochistan and for a long time, unfortunately, he was suffering from life-threatening diseases like hepatitis A, C, cancer, which affected his liver and kidneys.

Three days ago, he was admitted to a private hospital, but due to illness, he was shifted to Sheikh Zayed Hospital, where the university administration informed the hospital administration for his better care.

However, Sehat Khan could not survive. PU VC Dr Khalid Mahmood has expressed deep sorrow and regret over the sad death of Sehat Khan. On the instructions of the Vice-Chancellor, the dead body of the deceased was taken to his native village in the Punjab University ambulance.
