Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman has commended the professional services of journalists working in the front-line against COVID-19 pandemic.
Talking to a delegation of journalists in Peshawar on Monday, he suggested a dedicated fund for financial support of the journalists in this crucial time.
Following the suggestion of the Governor, Peshawar Press Club and Khyber Union of Journalists jointly established the corona fund in this regard.
Meanwhile, Shah Farman urged the provincial government, members of the provincial assembly and business community to donate in the joint corona fund to help the frontline journalists.
