Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat met former Provincial Minister and UMT President Ibrahim Hasan Murad here at UMT Johar Town Campus, with both making a resolve to take all out measures for the uplift of the education sector in Punjab. Meeting focused on exploring innovative strategies for curriculum enhancement and comprehensive teacher training. Minister for Education Punjab Rana Sikandar Hayat thanked President UMT for inviting him to UMT. He underscored the significance of collaborative efforts between the Ministry of Education Punjab and UMT in effecting substantial reforms within the school education curriculum. Emphasizing the pivotal role of academic expertise, Hayat affirmed, “UMT experts, particularly in early childhood education and special education, will be integral in shaping our curriculum and educational landscape.”
Former Provincial Minister for Livestock, Transport & Mines Ibrahim Murad appreciated Rana Sikandar for taking out the time to visit UMT. Murad said education is a transformative journey from darkness to light. The former minister reaffirmed UMT’s commitment to driving Pakistan’s education system towards excellence and emphasized the potential of collaboration to pave the way for a brighter future. “The partnership between the provincial Education Ministry and UMT signifies a landmark alliance to foster educational excellence in Punjab,” the UMT president added.
At the end of the meeting President UMT Ibrahim Hasan Murad presented a souvenir to Provincial Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat.
