Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member Punjab Assembly (MPA), Shahida Ahmed Malika has said that the deteriorating situation of Corona in Pakistan is very worrying and it can’t afford a situation like India.
Talking to media persons here on Wednesday, she said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is strongly against the lockdown but if the people did not follow the SOPs and the situation worsens, a complete lockdown can be imposed.
Shahida Ahmed Malika said that it is the responsibility of the people to carry out the orders of the government. The government does not want to go for lockdown.
She said that people should cooperate with the administration and stay safe from Corona. Cases are increasing rapidly. The number of patients in hospitals is increasing day by day.
The PTI MPA said that the NCOC is constantly warning the public to follow the guidelines and calling army was part of the same strategy of strictly implementing SOPs.
Every Pakistani should prove his responsibility and take precautionary measures to save his family from Corona, she added.
