Governor Punjab Ch Mohammad Sarwar called on President of Pakistan Dr Arif Alvi and discussed with him political and other issues.
Upon his arrival in Lahore, President Arif Alvi was received by Governor Punjab. Both leaders held meeting in Governor House during which political and prevailing issues confronting the country came under discussion.
Later Commissioner Overseas Pakistani Commission Punjab (OPC) Javed Iqbal, General Secretary Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Khuram Nawaz Gandapur, Dr Hamayun Pervaiz and other called on Ch Mohamad Sarwar
While speaking with the delegations, the Governor Punjab said that we have defeated India on ever fronts and India will meet humiliation for lobbying against Pakistan in FATF. Pakistan political and military leadership China’s visit is successful from every aspect. Second phase of CPEC will bring more development and prosperity in Pakistan.
He said that the PTI government, under PM Imran Khan leadership, is taking steps for economic stability of country, poverty alleviation, price control and provision of basic facilities for public but opposition is criticizing every matter just for their petty political interests.
We will not let opposition succeed in its mission to mislead the public and Pakistan will continue its journey towards stability, economic growth and development, he added.
Ch Sarwar said Pakistan political and military leadership diligently fought for Kashmir case which India couldn’t digest and its conspiring and lobbying against Pakistan in FATF but the way we defeated India on every front, we will not let India succeed India in his evil plot.—INP
