KARACHI – Famous Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari on Friday expressed her outrage over the recent Karsaz incident, in which a woman driving under the alleged influence killed a father and daughter.

The actress took to social media to share her frustration, addressing the issue through a poetic recital.

A video posted on Ansari’s Instagram revealed her profound sorrow and anger regarding the tragic accident.

In her video, Bushra condemned the injustice of the Karsaz incident, saying that the woman’s intoxication was apparent and led to the fatal crash, which she described as an act of killing “insects”.

To further articulate her discontent, Ansari recited a poem titled “Prado Wali Pagal” (Prado-Wielding Crazy Woman) written by her elder sister, the poet Neelum Ahmed Bashir.

The poem captured the deep emotional response to the tragedy and the broader issues of justice and accountability.
