NEW DELHI – An explosion was reported near the Israeli embassy in New Delhi on Tuesday.
It has been reported that no person suffered injuries due to blast, and investigations are underway.
The cause of the explosion remained unknown as security officials were working with local Indian authorities.
The Israeli embassy’s spokesperson confirmed the blast. The person refused to share exact details but mentioned that there was an incident in the vicinity.
The spox also confirmed that no embassy staffer suffered injuries during the incident.
A couple of years back, a blast rocked Israel’s embassy in New Delhi and it damaged vehicles but caused no injuries.
