The cryptocurrency market remained mixed on Wednesday, with the market capitalisation gaining 0.5 percent to reach $2.79 trillion as of 1300 hours GMT.

The largest cryptocurrency Bitcoin price decreased by 1.38 percent to reach $57,130. With this decrease in price, the market capitalisation of the biggest cryptocurrency has reached 1.08 trillion. Ether, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalisation, jumped 1.81 percent to reach $4,673. With this increase in price, the market capitalisation of ETH has reached $549 billion.

Similarly, XRP price went down by 0.76 percent to reach $0.998. The market capitalisation of XRP stands at $99.8 billion after this decrease. —TLTP
