LAHORE – As Matric and Intermediate applicants are applying for upcoming annual examination, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore shared new updates for the candidates.
To further streamline the ID process and to end fraudulent activities, BISE Lahore issued new guidelines requiring candidates to submit admission forms for matriculation and intermediate examinations with Recent Pictures.
As per the new directives, admissions forms submitted with outdated or non-compliant photographs will be rejected. BISE Lahore and other boards made this rule for both public and private schools students.
A circular with new instructions has been sent to educational institutions across the provincial capital, urging school administration to ensure that students comply with the updated requirements. BISE Lahore explained that using recent photographs will make it easier to verify the identity of candidates at exam centers and help prevent impersonation and other forms of cheating.
Outdated pictures created difficulties in identifying candidates, leading to confusion and complications at examination venues. They also stressed that by adhering to these updated guidelines, both examiners and students would benefit from smoother and more secure exam procedures.
Educational institutions have been instructed to strictly enforce new picture policy, and candidates are advised to check the latest guidelines to avoid any inconvenience in the admission process.
