Bilawal condemns attack on Punjab police, calls for swift justice

Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has strongly condemned the recent attack on a police party in Punjab, which resulted in the tragic martyrdom of 14 police officers. Chairman PPP expressed deep condolences and solidarity with the families of the martyred officers. “My heart goes out to the bereaved families. These brave officers were the valiant sons of our nation, and their sacrifices will not go in vain,” he said. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari paid tribute to the fallen officers for their steadfast dedication to their duties. “The sacrifices made by the officers and personnel of Punjab Police in the line of duty are truly commendable and will be remembered forever,” he noted.

He urged the provincial government to ensure that those responsible for this heinous crime are swiftly brought to justice. Stressing the importance of maintaining law and order, Bilawal emphasized, “It is the provincial government’s responsibility to deal with criminal elements decisively.”

The Chairman also called for a comprehensive investigation into the incident and insisted that the injured officers receive the best possible medical care.
