DC visits gypsy children school

The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Sialkot Syed Bilal Haider on Thursday has said that the children from all strata of the society deserved to get education and was the most important responsibility for state as well as the nation as children were the most precious asset. The DC said this during his visit to Non-formal Basic Education Camp School in a suburban locality, Pakka Garha, for the children of the gypsy people. The District Police Officer (DPO) Mustansar Feroz, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Education Ch Younas Waraich and other officials were also present. The DC Syed Bilal Haider said also that ‘camp school’ was set up in order to help the much neglected children of the gypsies in getting at least basic education.
