In view of the current wheat flour crisis, the Government of Punjab has deputed Secretaries of the Union Councils in the flour mills to keep a check on the wheat and the flour prepared in the mills on daily basis. The Secretaries will be responsible to submit reports to the Deputy Commissioner and the Assistant Commissioners on daily basis. According to the administration, this measure will stop all kinds of theft by the owners of the flour mills.–Our Correspondent
