Punjab Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid has said that serving humanity is the best practice anyone can do for others. She was speaking as special guest at achievers ceremony of Rosans Islamic School in Paragon City. Chairman Rosans Islamic School Hasan Nisar and other teachers, male and female students and a large number of parents were present on the occasion.
The school administration paid tribute to Provincial Health Minister for her valuable services in the world of medical. Dr. Yasmin Rashid also distributed medals among prominent students on this occasion.
Speaking to the participants of the event, she said, “I want to congratulate the Chairman of Rosans Islamic School, Hasan Nisar, and other administrations for organizing the event. I congratulate the parents of the distinguished students who received the awards. A person who serves humanity is very great. Our parents have always encouraged us to help others. The people of Pakistan have a quality that they cannot see the pain of anyone. A person who serves humanity without self-interest is highly appreciated by Allah.”
Dr. Yasmin said, “During the earthquake disasters of 2005, we went to distribute relief materials to the victims. The victims were eating while forgetting their food. When we reached the city of Basima in Balochistan, there was a famine, seeing the condition of the victims, we could not get food from our throats. We learned a great lesson in serving others from the earthquake affected areas.”
She further stated, “Allah increases the sustenance of those who share.
Allah does not like those who build properties with stolen or looted money. Our religion is a complete religion. Our religion Islam teaches a person all the ways of living. The incident of Hazrat Ali R.A was remembered. Hazrat Ali asked a boy to take care of the horse and he took Ashrafian.
. Hazrat Ali R.A picked up the person carrying Ashrafian into the ditch. Hazrat Ali R.A said that it was your Ashrafi, why did you steal it? Allah has written down the sustenance of every human being. Man goes through some kind of test every day.”
