Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a man of principles, courageous statesman and a fair-minded personality.
“The establishment of a society based on the golden principles of justice, tolerance and brotherhood was the mission of Quaid-i-Azam and the PTI-led government is striving to materialise this dream of the founding father under the leadership Prime Minister Imran Khan.”
PM Imran Khan is striving to make Pakistan equally propitious for one and all, he said. He asserted the dream of a welfare state of Pakistan, envisioned by the Quaid-i-Azam, will be materialized under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan to provide socio-economic justice to all the citizens. We will have to follow the golden principles of unity, faith and discipline to move Pakistan forward and Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had also guided the nation to follow these principles, he added. Pakistan can get rid of all the crises by following the sayings of the Quaid-i-Azam. We will have to utilize all our energies to make Pakistan great and strong. The best way to pay tributes to Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is to promote national unity by setting aside all our temporal interests, the CM concluded.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has stated that motorway rape case will be solved soon. The Punjab government is standing with the affected woman and her family and all sympathies are with them, he said. The criminals involved in this gruesome act do not deserve any leniency. The CM assured that all requirement of justice will be fulfilled and the government will go to the last extent to provide justice to the affected woman.

CABINET MEETING
The chief minister has called the 35th cabinet meeting on September 14 at his office to ponder over 28-point agenda. Ministers, advisors, special assistants, chief secretary and others will attend the meeting.
Meanwhile, taking notice of gang-rape incident of a woman in Taunsa, the chief minister has sought a report from RPO DG Khan about an alleged incident and directed to arrest the criminals at earliest. He has also assured the affected family that justice will be done at every cost.
PARLIAMENTARIANS CALL ON CM
MNA Ghulam Bibi Bharwana and Provincial Minister Ansar Majeed Niazi called on Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar and discussed matters of mutual interest. On the occasion, the CM maintained that those trying to create chaos and anarchy are not loyal to the nation. The critics have always been disappointed and those engaged in the politics of anarchy will never be successful, he said.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar contacted Provincial Law Minister Raja Basharat who is heading the committee, probing into the motorway rape case. The law minister apprised the CM of the progress made in the investigation into the case. The CM directed to move forward the investigation on scientific lines to reach to the culprits at the earliest.
