Zardari, Bilawal to spend busy day in Lahore today

LAHORE – Pakistan Peoples’Party (PPP) Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Chairman Bilawal Bhutto will spend a busy day in Lahore on Saturday (today).

The sources privy to the development said that Zardari and Bilawal would meet with members of the National and Punjab Assemblies as well as independent candidates.

They said that they would invite them to join the Pakistan Peoples Party to form the next government. 

They said that the independent members of the assembly would also be offered various positions and incentives.

Zardari and Bilawal would  also meet party leaders at Bilawal House today.

“The central executive committee meeting is also likely to take place today,” they added.

They also said that another round of meeting is expected between the top leadership of both the PPP and the PML-N. 

On Friday night, the both parties agreed to work together and form a coalition government with consultation.
