LAHORE – The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Saturday mulled to establish a sub-office in Lahore for the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025.
The sources said that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi would chair an important meeting today to discuss important matters related to management of the Champions Trophy.
“Various committees would be formed,” said the sources, adding that the meeting would focus the arrangements.
The meeting, they said, would also focus Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The details regarding the upgrading of stadiums would also be shared during the session. The ICC appointed PCB’s Chief Operating Officer Sameer Ahmed Syed as the Tournament Director for the Champions Trophy.
The ICC is also set to establish its sub-office in Lahore this month to ensure seamless coordination and operations related to the tournament.
