Wheat procurement campaign reviewed

Provincial Secretary Human Resources and Minority Affairs, Punjab, Ahmad Mustijab visited to review wheat procurement campaign, on Friday. He inspected different wheat purchase centres and checked arrangements and different facilities being provided to farmers at the centres. Zonal Manager Pasco Mukarrum Javed was also accompanied by the Secretary.

Deputy Commissioner Umer Farooq Warriach gave briefing to the Secretary that Pasco set target to purchase 22 lakh sacks of wheat from district Hafizabad whereas 19 procurement centres were established in the district.
