Welfare of policemen top priority, says Kingra

District police officer Hafizabad Anwar Saeed Kingra said that welfare of police force is my top priority and all available resources are being utilized for this purpose.

He expressed these views while inaugurating newly installed water filtration plant at Police lines Hafizabad, on Sunday. He said that climate change was created multiple problems including contamination of underground water and availability of potable was becoming a big challenge for future.

He said that underground water in the area of police Lines was also become contaminated and residents of police lines were facing hardships to get potable water. In view of difficulties confronting by the police force for fetching potable water from long distance, a filtration plant having capacity of storing one thousand gallon has been installed, he said.

Meanwhile Deputy Commissioner Toqeer Ilyas Cheema said that foolproof security arrangement would be ensured on the eve of Chhulam of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and their companions.
