Viral sensation judge Frank Caprio diagnosed with cancer

Judge Frank Caprio amassed millions of followers as his kindhearted verdicts made him a global viral sensation on social media, and his rulings made him ‘the nicest judge in the world’.

The jurist who holds local and international acclaim is known for his compassionate judicial work that was televised on the widely-watched show Caught in Providence.

Rhode Island judge, lately stunned everybody as the 87-year-old revealed pancreatic cancer diagnosis in an emotional video. In the clip, he mentioned being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

After being under the weather, Judge Caprio underwent a medical examination and the diagnosis reports revealed cancer. Following the diagnosis, the internet-famous judge is getting treatment in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

He mentioned battle with cancer is a long road, and that he is fully prepared to fight. Breaking down after diagnosis, he urged followers for prayers. Caprio said “Just telling you that you are keeping me in your thoughts means world to me”.

Earlier this year, Judge Caprio stepped down after serving for 40 years. During his decades long service, he served as chief judge of Municipal Court of Rhode Island and the chairman of the Rhode Island Board of Governors and Education.
