UAD inks MoU with PMAS–AAUR

A memorandum of understanding was signed between the University of Agriculture Dera Ismail Khan and Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi.

The universities will now extend coordination and mutual cooperation in the fields of interest.

The document was signed by the Vice Chancellor of the UAD, Prof. Dr. Masroor Elahi Babar and Vice Chancellor of Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Dr. Qamr Uz Zaman.

As per agreement, both sides agreed to create joint research venture in agricultural, animal and veterinary sciences especially in Agronomy, Entomology, animal husbandry and animal medicines to address the issues of the sector.

The varsities will also collaborate in arranging the seminars, providing internship opportunities for students and faculty exchange.

Director Administration of UAD, Farjad Sikandar Saddozai, Coordinator Agriculture Department Muhammad Umair Sardar, Director External linkages (PMAS–AAUR) Dr. Saqib Majeed and other staff was present at the occasion.
