Two officials of the traffic police department, including a warden, were arrested for fake challans of citizens and making money.
According to details, on late Saturday senior warden Muhammad Arshad and constable Ghulam Abbas were arrested by the Civil Lines police on the report from Deputy Superintendent Police (traffic) Aftab Ahmed for doing fake challans of the citizen.
A case has been registered against both the accused under sections 420, 468, 471 and investigations started.
Meanwhile four persons, including a woman, were arrested after hashish and liquor were recovered from them.
