The police arrested two kite makers, recovered huge quantity of raw material and 2500 kites during a raid here on Sunday.
Addressing a press conference, City SP Safdar Raza Kazmi said that on a tip-off, the police raided a kites’ material factory in Shadbagh area of Lahore. He said that during raid, two kite makers were arrested beside recovery of huge quantity of raw material, metallic kites flying strings, pulleys and 2500 kites.
SP Safdar Raza said that the detainees used to supply kites making material and sell kites in different areas of Lahore. The police confiscated the recovered kites, raw material and registed a case.
