Khuda Bux Brohi Thatta
Thatta Police led by SSP Dr. Muhammad Imran Khan, displayed remarkable efficiency in two separate incidents, demonstrating their commitment to crime prevention and community safety.
In a proactive response to intelligence received, Thatta Police intervened to halt a potential theft at the K-4 project site within Makli’s jurisdiction. Acting swiftly, officers managed to intercept suspects in the act of stealing iron rods. Although the suspects attempted to evade capture, one arrest was made: Sajid, son of Amin Palari from Nooriabad, Jamshoro district.
The operation yielded significant results, with the confiscation of 200 kilograms of iron rods, alongside a truck, Hitachi machine, two motorcycles, and two gas cutters. The primary suspect, Sajid, was charged at Makli Police Station under relevant sections (Case Number: 48/2024 Sections 379, 511, 427, 34 PPC), with investigations underway to apprehend other involved parties.
In another commendable feat, Thatta Police successfully thwarted the attempted abduction of Nabila, daughter of Shah Nawaz Jokhio, from her residence in Gharo city. Employing strategic measures including checkpoints and an 8-member operational committee, law enforcement compelled the kidnapper to abandon Nabila along Sakro Road.
