Spokesman of Punjab University has said that strict action will be taken against students involved in vandalism at Registrar office.
In a statement issued on Friday, he said that a complaint has been filed with police and the administration with expel all those students involved in incident.
The spokesman said that the activists of Islami Jamiat Talba (IJT) have ransacked the office of the Registrar and other allied offices after a fight which erupted among some students and some outsiders near the main cafeteria.
He said that the university had taken measures to establish peace on campus and only a few dozen students on all sides are trying to disturb the peaceful environment of the university.
He said that the administration was identifying these students with the help of footages and a strict action will be taken against them as per law.
