District Education Authority Hafizabad taken out a walk from government Model Girls Higher Secondary School Hafizabad to create awareness among people about hazards of smog and to adopt preventive measures for avoiding from different diseases spread due to smog. Deputy Commissioner Sundas Irshad led the walk while Chief Executive Officer Education Sohail Azhar Khan, DEO (SE) Talib Hussain Bajwa, DEOs (EE) Sultan Ahmad Hanjra, DDEO (W) Nargus Arif, Amanullah, Principal Razwana Batool, teachers and students participated the walk.
The participants of the walk were carrying flexes and placards inscribed with slogans regarding preventive measures to contain spread of smog and to save from smog related diseases. While talking to mediamen on this occasion, she said that different departments were taking various steps to stop spread of smog and to create awareness among people for adopting preventive measures.
