Sindh sports festival to start next month: Jumani

Caretaker ministers Muhammad MubeenJumani and DrJunaid Ali Shah have said that the Sindh government with extended support of various sports organizations dedicated to promoting sports in the province.

The Ministers announced that the Sindh Sports festival to start from next month and squash will also be included.Jumani expressed these views while addressing as the chief guest the final ceremony of the 2nd Khairpur Sugar Boys Junior and Women’s Open Squash Championship organized by PSF in collaboration with Sindh Squash Association at Jahangir Khan Squash Complex Karachi.

Caretaker Provincial Minister for Local Government, Housing Town Planning and Rehabilitation Sindh Muhammad MubeenJamani and Caretaker Provincial Minister for Sports and Culture DrJunaid Ali Shah were the chief guests of the championship. FahadMubeenJamani, FarazJamani and Orissa Jamani, Directors of Jamani Group were also present on the occasion.

In the Championship, competitions were held between the players of Under-9, 13, 15 and 17. Speaking on the occasion, Caretaker Provincial Minister for Local Government Muhammad MubeenJamani said that we have taken all possible steps to promote squash and will continue to do so in future. “We want the children of Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan and KP to get more opportunities to play squash,” he said.
