Sindh prepares for Defence day with high spirits: Nisar

On the direction of Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, a meeting was held at the Chief Minister’s House to discuss the preparations for Pakistan Defence Day on September 6. The meeting was chaired by Provincial Minister Nisar Hussain Shah and attended by Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary Agha Wasif, Secretary GA Sohail Qureshi, and other officials.

It was decided that Pakistan Defence Day would be commemorated with great reverence, enthusiasm, and national spirit. Nisar Hussain Shah stated, “On September 6, 1965, our brave forces courageously repelled the Indian attack.” He added, “Our valiant soldiers sacrificed their lives to protect the country.” Various events will be organized across the province to honor the martyrs on Defence Day. Minister Nisar Hussain Shah emphasized, “Our martyrs are the nation’s pride, and we also salute their families.”
