MULTAN – Shan Masood, who is currently leading Pakistan Test team, has become the first captain to lose first six Test matches.

The national team faced an innings defeat against England in the Multan Test, and made a series of losses with no victories achieved.

The national team suffered three defeats against Australia, three against the weaker opponent Bangladesh on home ground, and now, England’s victory in the initial Test has made him the most unsuccessful captain.

He is the only captain in Pakistan’s history to lead the team in the first six matches, all of which resulted in defeats.

Previously, Javed Burki, who captained Pakistan in a five-match Test series against England in 1962, faced losses in his first three matches, but his team managed to draw the fourth Test.
