Amidst the fast-changing political scenario, PML-N President Mian Shahbaz Sharif has sought cooperation from the Jamaat-i-Islami on the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The meeting came amid a flurry of political maneuvering in Islamabad after the joint Opposition had tabled a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday.
The meeting between Shahbaz Sharif and Sirajul Haq was held at Mian Aslam’s residence in Islamabad. According to sources, Shahbaz Sharif took Sirajul Haq into confidence regarding the Opposition’s no-trust motion against the prime minister.
