Rupee extends losses against dollar

The exchange rate of Pakistan rupee weakened by 04 paisas against the US dollar in the interbank trading on Wednesday and closed at Rs 176.22 against the previous day’s closing of Rs 176.18.

According to Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of dollar in the open market recorded at Rs 176.8 and Rs 178 respectively.

Similarly, the price of euro depreciated by 84 paisas and closed at Rs 199.77 against the previous day’s closing at 200.61. —APP
