Well-known Na’at khawan Mehboob Ahmed Hamdani passed away here in the City on Tuesday. According to media reports, he was battling with cancer and was under treatment at Ittefaq Hospital Lahore. He, however, succumbed to the disease on Wednesday. Mehboob Hamdani was the elder brother of famous Na’at Khawan Marghoob Hamdani.
He laid to rest after funeral, which was attended by a large number of people from all walks of life in Muslim Town. Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has expressed sorrow over sad demise of renowned Naat Khawan Mehboob Ahmed Hamdani.
In a statement, he extended his heartfelt condolences to bereaved family and said his services will always remember.
