This is to inform the public that Joint Registrar of Companies vide order dated June 17, 2015 had deregistered/cancelled the registration of the returns filed by Khalid Latif bearing CNIC No. 374052-193458-1. It has been brought to our knowledge that Khalid Latif while illegally posing himself as CEO got transferred Company’s properties in his personal name and also trying to create third party interest by allotting flats & selling shareholding of Bhurban Valley View Project of M/s Global Housing Development (Pvt) Limited. The public is hereby cautioned that any dealings with Mr. Khalid Latif will be at their own peril and risk.—PR
