Just like other parts of world the women day was observed in Thatta on the call of Awami Porhiyat Tahreek. Here on Tuesday.
Marvi Palijo was leading this rally, that was taken out from Makli public park and later, culminated on national highway.
Marvi Palijo said that women of sindh have been deprived of their rights and being killed and tortured in a so called tradition suffering brutalities by the tradition formed by feud lords.
She said observing the women day gives a message to women Falk of living of the earth to get United for their rights and get equal education, Jobs and other rights in confrontation of men. Meanwhile Madina Madeena and Hoor palijo also addressed on the occasion.
