The temperature of some major cities recorded this morning was Islamabad 25 degrees centigrade, Lahore 27, Karachi 30, Peshawar 29, Quetta and Muzaffarabad 26, Gilgit and Murree 20 degrees centigrade, Radio Pakistan reported.The local Met Office has forecast a partly cloudy to cloudy weather with chances of rain for the city for the next 24 hours.
The highest maximum temperature 37 degrees centigrade and the lowest minimum 29 degrees centigrade were recorded during the last 24 hours.
The partly cloudy to cloudy weather with chances of rain has also been forecast for rest of the region.
