We should stand united and re-affirm our faith in Quaid’s principles of Unity, Faith and Discipline, stressed Founder/President SHF Ibrahim Murad.Sitara Hilal Foundation designed a week-long special programs and cultural activities in connection with the celebrations of birth anniversary of father of the nation Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah here at UMT.The programme featured different segments including Mili Naghma and debates competition, allowing students of all ages to showcase their talent.
Sitara Hilal Foundation believes Quaid Day is an important event for all Pakistanis as the birth date of our father of the nation, because of who Pakistan exists today. These celebrations highlighted the different aspects of personality of the father of the nation and in order to make the youth aware of Quaid’s historic struggle for the creation of Pakistan and about his vision and Pakistan’s ideology.President/Founder Sitara Hilal Foundation (SHF), Ibrahim Hasan Murad inaugurated the event as a chief guest and addressed the audience which consisted of individuals of all ages. Ibrahim Murad highlighted that the purpose of founding SHF is to realize the aspirations of Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal. He also paid homage to the great leader Quaid-i-Azam. President SHF quoted words of Quaid and asked the audience to emphasise on the ideal Muslim and Pakistani character. He also made the audience take an oath to always protect our country dignity as a Pakistani citizen.
We should stand united and re-affirm our faith in his teachings by strictly adhering to his principles of Unity, Faith and Discipline; he added. Furthermore Ibrahim Murad said that on this occasion we should renew our pledge to work hard for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan. Mr. Ibrahim presented glowing admiration and expressed their gratitude to the great leader whose relentless hard work paved the way for a separate homeland for the Muslims of the Subcontinent.
