Punjab CM to launch tree plantation campaign

Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar will launch a tree planting drive in Sialkot on August 9 on the occasion of Tiger Force Day. This was stated by Ehtesham Khalid Janjua, Media Coordinator of Advisor Usman Dar.
He added that on the instructions of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the Tiger Force is going to plant one million saplings all over Pakistan on August 9. For those who are part of the tree planting campaign, the Tiger Force application called Green Selfie has been introduced. Young people who are part of the campaign will take selfies after planting and upload them to the app. The forest department will provide saplings, the district administration will identify the location and the tiger will help in planting saplings.
